“What’s your body saying?”
There are three stages of menopause ~
Stage One:
Perimenopause marks the beginning of your body’s transition into menopause.
Your body gradually starts to produce less estrogen and your periods become more irregular.
Stage Two:
Menopause marks the end of regular menstruation. Your ovaries are producing little estrogen and no progesterone and are not releasing eggs.
Stage Three:
The time that follows this is called postmenopause.
The most common age women experience menopause is somewhere in their 40s and 50s,
but some may experience earlier or later depending on different life conditions.
Menopausal symptoms may last for many years. Every woman experiences these stages differently and for different lengths of time.
You can’t stop menopause from happening, but there ARE ways you can help reduce your symptoms. There IS help.
